• • Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed.

5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Return and Exchange Policy

• • No returns or exchanges are accepted once a product is sold.
• • Please inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
• • Perishable items (dry fruits) and customized silver gifts are strictly non-returnable and non- refundable.

• • In special cases (before dispatch), cancellation requests may be considered at our discretion. A cancellation fee may apply.
